Construction Phase

The original contractor team agreed to document the construction of the Emerson Street House, in phases that mirrored the work processes that the team encountered as the project progressed.

What follows is a pictorial review of the building of the Emerson Street House a Passive, Net Zero House in Portland Oregon. Interesting surely but it does not show the problems encountered after the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) was issued.

It seems like some Architects, Builders, Developers and other tradesmen are more ego than competent science. We learned so much from this project.
